The sea bass is worth recommending! Excellent quality and extremely friendly staff, who are always competent to answer any questions, are offered. But now to the big BUT in the area of ​​hygiene. I would like to see improvements here. On my last visit, I had ordered fish and various salads. The fish was removed from the refrigerated counter with bare hands. Without further ado, the seller then accepted the cash and returned the change. It would be perfectly appropriate to work with disposable gloves. Everyone knows by now that viruses and bacteria are transmitted through coins and banknotes. Rather, it should be considered to split the service and checkout process. So the person handling the money does not come into contact with food. That would certainly be a very good and, above all, simple way to improve the hygiene standard. At least the gloves should be taken off or changed afterwards between processes. It is clear that raw fish are then washed again at home - but hygiene measures should be observed in the chain from the supplier to the customer at all times.

Sebastian is really a restaurateur through and through. From the selection of fish to its menu, simply perfect. The truffle, meat and caviar are also perfectly selected. I can only recommend everyone to stop by there.

The best quality not only for fish, the meat products offered are also awesome! The team is very friendly, helpful and competent, a pleasure to shop there. Price performance top!

We have already ordered something to take away there several times and were thrilled every time. Insanely delicious. And even rather calm dishes like a Thai curry are pepped up with pomegranate seeds in rice. The fish dishes were also excellent every time.

A sensation has opened up in Vaterstetten. We really go to dinner very often, happily and very expensive in Munich. But this restaurant in little Vaterstetten tops everything. No matter whether in Munich, Hamburg or Berlin. The sea bass tops everything we have seen so far. Food, service, ambience. Everything is just perfect and you can't do it better. One can only congratulate Sebastian Wolf and say thank you for this outstandingly successful combination between an exclusive delicatessen shop and an exclusive restaurant. May the church not put obstacles in his way as he expands.

Very tasty and very nicely presented dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant - not too stuffy. The staff is attentive and very nice. Not cheap, but recommended!

The quality of the takeaway goods is in no way inferior to the food on site! Red Thai curry with shrimp and squid are a dream. In contrast to conventional to-go suppliers, the prawns are tourned, i. H. the meat can be removed very easily. The sauce was authentic, the vegetables fresh and everything was spiced up with pomegranate seeds. The packaging material is also very stable, heat-retaining and even recyclable!

Fish soup unflavoured, Oysters without lemon, Monkfish cold inside, Medium steak ordered raw, how should Rare or Blue be prepared? Live beef? Potato gratin and the wine were the only highlights. So unfortunately not to be recommended. Price / performance ratio far from it. Despite the best efforts, the nice service cannot make a match.

Absolute madness, what quality is offered here! Top service, top products, just WOW. Sooo delicious. I will definitely be back, the journey was worth it 100 times. Thank you!

Wonderfully uncomplicated, extremely competent and always friendly. I don't think I've ever received a "no" response to any request. Extra wish? Dog? Infant (s)? No problem. In addition to the excellent gastronomic offer, you simply feel good here. I wouldn't do anything different.
